Harare City Parking accused of stealing from citizens through its camera-parking vehicle‼️

Today, I got a parking ticket from a City Parking vehicle with a camera while I was stopped at a traffic light. The City Parking vehicle crossed the intersection as I waited to move. When we later parked, the marshal told us we already had a ticket from two minutes earlier.

I wonder how many people are being told they have arrears they don’t even know about. Because we usually don’t have time to argue over these charges, we just pay them, yet it feels like smart stealing from the public.

I once had a ticket 30minutes before I got to town. By the time I arrived in town I was told I was captured by a cemera 30mn earlier

That's what we call maladministration in these state institutions vanhu vasina kana chikoro ndiye anopihwa basa rekufamba nekamota ako achiita zvisina basa. They did that to me too today, someone was blocking my way paEastgate along Robert Mugabe only for me to be told an hour later at construction house kuti ndine chikwereti. It's really not fair

ini ndatojaira you just make sure kuti unopinda mutown with mari iri above $2 coz ndakatomboitisana nharo na marshal achiti unechikwereti chakaiswa ne mota ye city park on saturday and i showed him a pic in my fon kuti on saturday i was in Kariba with this car how come yakandipa chikwereti and i even showed a pic randakatora with date time and location akati maybe its a system error but handikwanisi kuti ndikupe ticket usina ku clear chikwereti and eventually ndakatozongobhara coz better to pay $2 than your car to be clamped

It happened to me last week, the marshal also asked kana ndambosangana nekamota ikaka of which I never paid attention pandaifamba pamwe maarrears akatoiswa ndiri pagiveaway, stop sign or robot because I never parked anywhere until I reached kwandaienda.
